Duties and Responsibilities


Translates moderately complex and varied business needs into business process automation application requirements. Defines and manages the project scope of Robotic Process Automation applications.

  • Defines the functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications as a business subject matter expert.

  • Assesses process needs for RPA, delivering innovative automations, automation analysis, solution design, and automation development and deployment.

  • Leads RPA requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation support.

  • Completes development, testing and leveraging of RPA processes, including periodic validations with process owners, and end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort.

  • Utilize strong business acumen and ability to understand business challenges to create a solution design to solve business problems.

  • Troubleshoots and corrects RPA related technical issues.

  • Acts as a liaison between RPA Developers and the business unit.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of business analysis, RPA or related subject matter.

  • Prior experience using RPA software, technology, and tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.

  • Data analysis skills, interpretation, and evaluation of reports from various databases

  • Advanced MS Excel experience to include experience using VBA and macros.

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects to successful completion


  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification desirable.

  • Project management experience.

  • Process improvement experience

  • Ability to build relationships and deliver solutions to senior leadership


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
