Republic Airways Holdings Talent Acquisition Consultant/Coordinator - Corporate in Indianapolis, Indiana

Duties and Responsibilities:


As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will source, interview, evaluate, and assist the hiring manager in the selection of talent for the Company. You’ll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition at the Indianapolis Headquarters location.


  1. Conducts a full life-cycle recruitment process for non-Crew requisitions within the business.

  2. Provides creative sourcing ideas using; social media/distribution, networking, online groups, industry memberships, or other resources to identify qualified candidates.

  3. Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review requisitions and match applicants with job requirements.

  4. Conducts interviews with potential associates using a competency-based assessment model to draw accurate conclusions regarding a candidate’s experiences, skills, and abilities. Gathers information regarding education, experience, technical skills, etc., that may not be addressed on the application or resume.

  5. Works with Compensation and hiring manager to determine equitable and competitive job offers.

  6. Conducts information sessions and presentations to prospective associates and managers.

  7. Professionally represents the Company at job fairs and other events. Ensures events are approved, within budget, aligns with department and hiring needs, shared on social media, and the appropriate equipment is shipped.

  8. Consults with department hiring supervisors/managers to provide industry trends, updates to ongoing staffing metrics and dashboards associated with focused staffing.

  9. Shares and communicates accurate information with client groups including the internal client, HR business partners, IT, and other involved departments.

  10. Confirms that credentials, prior work history, and references are investigated prior to an applicant’s start date.

  11. Ensures adherence to all EEO legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other government compliance requirements in regards to interviews, testing and hiring processes.

  12. Ensures that follow-up interviews with hiring manager/supervisor and other decision makers are scheduled.

  13. Maintains necessary files related to applications, interviews and testing procedures.

  14. Performs other duties and projects as assigned or required.



  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related area and at least 3 years of recruiting related experience or a combination of education and experience. Undergraduate concentration in Human Resources or Business Administration ideal.

  2. Familiar with talent acquisition systems in a high volume recruitment environment

  3. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

  4. Must be able to travel up to 15 - 25% of the time
