Duties and Responsibilities:
Enters and maintains training records for all Flight Attendants, Instructors and Inflight Support Specialist (ISS) qualifications for each airline certificate.

Assists each certificate’s training manager in ensuring all Flight Attendants and other qualified individuals (supervisors, managers, instructors and ISS) with required recurrent training is tracked as needed.
Coordinates with Flight Training Clerk, instructors and managers in handling administrative duties, ordering supplies and maintaining schedules as needed.
Inputs and maintains training records.
Tracks qualification lists on a regular basis.
Scans and files all paper records.
Gathers and submits applicable payroll.
Schedules classroom space as needed.
Gathers data and participates in audits as needed.
Performs special projects or other duties as assigned or required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to self-govern.
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Specialty training beyond high school. At least 1 year of clerical experience. Knowledge of Codes of Federal regulations governing training records. Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one and small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Makes limited decisions and determines best methods to solve problems by referring to established precedents and policies. Impact of decisions is moderately low.
